About Us

Welcome to our blog, where we deliver complex management information into bite-sized, easy-to-digest, ‘simple steps‘. Our goal is to save you time by breaking down lengthy blogs into concise, actionable insights. To enhance your learning experience, we provide practical examples that bring these concepts to life, ensuring you can apply them effectively in your professional and personal endeavors.  We believe that management tools are user-friendly, accessible to all, and have the potential to enhance both personal and professional lives.

In the same way that anyone can be a leader, anyone can use business tools and techniques for workand everyday lives. It doesn’t have to be complicated; you don’t need to be an academic or have an amazing memory.

We thought, wouldn’t it be great to provide people with the tools in a format they can use to
improve their chances of success in whatever they are doing, whether it be running a business,
working in the private, public, or voluntary sector, or developing themselves.

Approach of the MBA Toolkit

Models, tools, and techniques will be shared in a structured way to make your life easier. Not every
model, tool or technique will be shared, nor will they be explained in an academic depth. They will
be shared in a way for them to be understood and easily put into practical use.

Using the tools from the MBA Toolkit

The models, tools and techniques will be referred to collectively as ‘tools’. Just as a joiner uses saws,
hammers, and screwdrivers, and knows how to use them after completing an apprenticeship, the
business tools on this site will be presented in a manner which will provide you with the
knowledge of which tools to use and when to use them.

MBA Toolkit in Practice

We believe you will be able to follow the tools and put them in to practice in a broad range of
settings. Alternatively, they may provide you with a better understanding before embarking on
further study or teaching. Even if not using the tools yourself you may then understand what others
are doing, or at least should be doing!

If you are an employee, you will have a better understanding of your employer; If you are a business
owner employing a management consultant you will know what they are doing – you may not even
need to now employ a management consultant! If you follow sport, you will understand the
approach of your team; If you follow politics, you will gain insight into tools used to make decisions.
Ultimately, these tools are for you! They are to help you to do whatever you want to do, to make
things easier, to be more efficient and increase your chances of success.

Our Aims

We aim to provide easy access to business tools and techniques which will help you to succeed in
whatever you choose to do.

We’re here to help as may people grow and develop as possible in a way that promotes
independence and self-learning. We will provide you with the tools you need to succeed at work-
whether you run your own business or lead a team in the private or public sector.
We will share tried and tested tools and techniques in a way which is easy to follow and practical to
implement without overloading you with complex concepts.
